Change is constant, it is true. How we deal with change is up to us. We can welcome it, even embrace it, and be thankful that change rescues us from a stagnate, boring life. Or, we can resist change, and sink and suffocate in sameness.

Struggle is also inevitable. Basic human needs are a constant struggle. Getting my wife to stop buying shoes is a constant battle.

well, of course change is inevitable, as the only thing constant is change.
struggle is opptional, means, that you can either fight(struggle) with/against the change, or, you can embrace it wholeheartedly and go with the flow, the "option" is up to you.

I think it's "self-explanatory".
Human nature tends to prefer a comfort zone of sameness, so whenever there is change, there is a certain amount of discomfort.
