Kashmir is part of India and in order to prevent Pakistan and China annexing Kashmir, the Indian government must call the attention of the International Court of Justice that Kashmir is being claimed as a territory by other countries because it is a violation of the International Law.

I think Kashmir is most probably a part of India and not part of anyother country till now. This question arises as there is a conflict between India and Pakistan for the ownership of Kashmir.
Pakistan wants to seperate Kashmir from India as India has helped Bangladesh to get seperated from Pakistan.

The answer to your question has not been decided yet. That is what the conflict in Kashmir is all about right now.
The Kashmir conflict refers to the territorial dispute between the People's Republic of China (China), India, and Pakistan over the northwestern region of the Indian subcontinent. India, which claims the entire erstwhile Dogra Kingdom of Jammu and Kashmir, has control of approximately half the region including most of Jammu, Ladakh, and Siachen Glacier. India's claim is contested by Pakistan which controls a third of Kashmir. The Kashmiri region under Chinese control is known as Aksai Chin. In addition, China also controls the Trans-Karakoram Tract, also known as Shaksam Valley, which was ceded to it by Pakistan in 1963.
India has fought three wars with Pakistan: in 1947, 1965, and 1999 and one with China in 1962 over Kashmir. Since the 1990s, the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir has been hit by confrontation between armed Islamic insurgents and the Armed Forces of India, which has resulted in thousands of deaths.

By virtue of accession Kashmir is a part of India. India was divided on communal lines and Pakistan claims Kashmir on the basis of Muslim majority. China claims certain parts bordering Himalayas. Only a negotiated settlement will bear fruits. Military action will jeopardise settlement. Meanwhile borders should b safeguarded against encroachment.

The Kashmir region is disputed by all three. It started when the British pulled out of the region and different groups claimed the same region. A great deal of people in thar region are Muslim so Pakistan thinks they should get it due to that reason. The Ching/India dispute isnt that big of a deal anymore, they have been working on a solution. Its a problem that isnt going to be solved anytime soon. Its another problem deeply seeded with religious and other issues.

Mr answer seeker,
once up on a time Kashmir was claimed by china India and Pakistan now the whole world is claiming its share with America the front runner and their alibis the united nations ,you must understand that the soldiers of India Pakistan and china are the only ones that are cooling of their asses in the cold of the saichen heights.
me thinks the souls of the patriotic soldiers who died out there are the one true owners of the heights. me also thinks it will continue to be a graveyard if foolish patriotism, ego, selfishness, prevails
in order to stop it teach every country what happiness and peace really means
happy be the world

Kashmir is integral part of India since kingdom rule is over.
Since this is an strategic point everybody is claiming fact is this India is getting any thing out of Kashmir instead Indian Income Tax payers hard earned money is UN necessarily a waste on this land.
Indian Government give Kashmiries many subsidies just to make them survive otherwise Kashmiries can't even earn bread and butter for them.

Kashmir is not a permanent part of any country. Unfortunately it is one of those regions that will be disputed and fought over for ever. It is like a boxing championship belt. Any country that takes it will only be holding onto until some other country takes it back. Jerusalem is the same way. Now it is controlled by Israel. In 100 years--Who knows? These places all seem to be bathed in blood every couple of generations. I pity the poor souls caught between opposing forces. They suffer the greatest misery. Ask the Lebanese.

To stop both countries taking Kashmir as their part, the important step is to take meetings with them about the Issues of our country with Kashmir from ancient, and provide them our old and historic legacy of Kashmir and India. And giving chance to decide dose those people are happy with our country..or not
