I was a big kid to I lost weight by walking 1/2 hr a day ate healthy. Not way to much you can do with out any kind of equipment at home. besides sit ups, push-ups. running in one spot or back and forth.

Ok, one HUGE way to cut back is to switch to low/nonfat anything you already eat, and from regular to diet soda. Don't drink in any calories, the exceptions being black coffee and tea. Try to use splenda or stevia, because they have no calories and taste the same as sugar.
Don't skip breakfast. Have a nonfat yogurt with cinamon and a cup of black coffee, or even 1/2 cup of oatmeal made with hot water and no sugar or no-calorie suagr if you really need anything you eat to be sweetened. Things like oatmeal and coffee keep you full for a long time.
Make friends with salads (without dressing), grilled/baked fish and chicken (great to go on top of that salad), and fruits and vegetables. Now, I know that vegetables probably aren't sounding appealing, but just pick one and force yourself to eat it. I reccomend celery.
Also EXCERSIZE. Don't drive/get driven if you can easily walk or bike. If snacking is a problem, watch a movie in a room far from the kitchen or anything else to keep your mind off food during your trigger time.

Diet and exercise are what's going to do it.
No need to go buy a book or an on line subscription or anything, just take logical steps. Cut back on fats and sugar and increase your daily activity, even if it's jumping up and down in place for 15 minutes. You may not get fast results, but it will work.

Get out and get busy. When you're busy you have less time to eat. Volunteer, join a club, walk, anything...
Eat sensibly and don't eat for any other reason than to nourish your body. Make something else central to your life, not food. With every bite you take, decide whether you're eating for nourishment or for fun/boredom/etc.
Cutting back on calories will do a lot, and adding exercise is even better for losing weight.

for one dont eat in between meals if you want a snack get some carrots or canalope,any kind of fruit for breakfast eat a grapefruit and have a glass of two percent milk,for lunch of cource you eat at school try to eat smaller portins,for supper one piece of meat small helping of potatoes and veg.trying walking everyday and work out you can do it i used to weigh 225 and im down to a size 4to6 skirt size 10jeans i will be praying for you i know you can lose if you start to feel like you cant lose write me cause i got faith in you

that aint that big depend how tall you are just lift wegihts and turn them **** in to muscle i know somebody that's 15 and weigh atleast 330 but he 6'1 so he look 300 (still big though )
