all four of them going what kind of pain am i going to go through after the surgery? how long?

After surgery they'll give you painkillers like, hydrocodone. Not to much pain, just keep ice on your cheeks and deal with it.

After suffering for a long time with horrible wisdom teeth pain, I can honestly say that after about 3-4 days after having them removed (I had to have mine split to be removed), the relatively small amount of pain will go and all you'll have left are the stitches. You can use panadol to help with the pain if needed.

I dont know cuz I had almost no pain but at times all of a sudden I would get horrible pain. One of my teeth just hurt so bad I thought it was infected but about a week and a half later i was back to eating normal foods except crunchy stuff like chips... I also got my tounge peirced after 4 days so maybe thats why i had so much pain i dunno
