well i am average weight i guess but i just want to lose about 2 kilo's. i also want to tone my muscles =D

do you know any exercizes that will burn calories and make muscles bigger at the same time?

apply to your neighbourhood's gym, and spend couple hours there every day for the next couple months.

Just have in your mind...that..."YOU CAN DO IT"..
and everything has a "first time".

It is gonna be a very good experience.

u should buy this product called the perfect push up. i thought it wasnt going to work but it did totaly worth it. im 15 and my muscles are really toned.
