The Law is the entire Torah, AKA the Five Books of Moses. The Ten Commandments are just part of the Law.

It was offered by God to the Jews, who accepted therefore it applies to them. The Jews believe if the gentiles live up to the simpler Noahite Laws, the gentiles will be OK in the eyes of God. It is only the Jews and those who accept the Torah as Law who must live up to it.

Therefore while a Jew is not suppose to eat bacon, gentiles can do so with no disfavor from God.

There are hundreds of laws for the Jews. We are still required to live by those laws, except for the ones that were invalidated in the new testament.
