How do I know that I am saved at all? I know that I felt it in my heart and said the prayer in my heart, but I know the scripture says that you have to confess with your mouth.

"confess with your mouth" means to say you have accepted Christ...which you just did on Yahoo! Water baptism does not save but it is your first act of obedience to Christ as a new Christian and a testimony to the world of what He has done in your heart. The Word says that those who believe and are baptized shall be saved - you can't just get saved and then walk in disobedience by not getting baptized. Now if you died before you had the opportunity to be baptized that is different. But don't pass up the opportunity. Determine in your heart now that you will live in full obedience to Christ.

I think that baptism is a symbol of faith. Jesus says that he baptises with the Holy Spirit. If you recieved the Holy Spirit, I don't think Jesus will cast you into hell for not having water sprinkled on your head. I was baptised as a baby, but I don't remember it, so what meaning does it have?

I really don't know! If you felt it in your heart, I guess it's ok! But I think you'd know because you'll start doing more good than evil!

Grace and peace be yours in abundance. If you believe in your heart and confess with your tongue you should get baptized.
