If I Started A Low Carb Eating Plan By Just Eating Some Vegetables ( Tomatoes) And Ate Chicken Without The Skin And No Carb Cheese Would I Lose Weight?? I Asked The Guy At GNC Yesterday If I Would Lose Weight And If It Is Healthy And He Said Yes- PLEASE POST BACK IF U CAN HELP- THANKS

Worked for me..I have always been a chronic overeater, though I was never fat, I knew it was not healthy to stuff my face. Now I take 2 bites and I am full.

I think that would work, but ensure that you reduce consumption of fatty foods and oily stuffs. Also make sure you have a lot of physical activity so that you can loose weight in a healthy way. Walking really helps lose wieght.
