I have seen a doctor aa few times about this and they check my blood pressure and iron, sugar extra and they have all come back fine , but i feel sometimes like i am going to faint and i get shortness of breath.
I have also got swollen lymph noduels in my throat and they are monitoring them cos they want do a biopsy untill they are 1cm or more in length.
Do you think thios could be related?

yes maybe you have low thyroid levels. Although if you did you wouldn't just be dizzy when you stand up, you would feel tired all the time, have dry skin/mouth and really lethargic.
i can understand why your dr is a little confused on this one...there is most likely a very uncommon reason why this is happening, like a viral infection or swelling in one of your major cranial nerves. those are my best guesses

I am also curious about this problem because I have the same exact problem. I'm 19, very healthy in my lifestyle and I also have seen doctors and have had many physicals and they say I'm in great health...My doctor thought it could be from anxiety but aside from that no one could really help me. I've gone to many different types of doctors to find out what disease/dysfunction/condition or whatever this is, no one knows, I feel helpless.
