Just try to be yourself and don't even think about failure. Fear of failure means a lot of anxiety before sex, and this can only result in premature ejaculation or lack of erection. Try to keep cool.
A very important part has also the woman you're with. She can give you more confidence in yourself or she can ram you down.

I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better. After 3 years of feeling this way, I understand why you may be nervous. I think the best thing to do is be honest. If you meet someone you care about, I would tell them that you haven't done this in awhile and that you're feeling nervous. If the person cares about you, they should understand. I think this will help alleviate some of the insecurities you may be feeling. Don't let these feelings keep you from doing it. Once you do, you will probably realize that you had nothing to worry about. Good luck.

When u meet the right partner who responds to u, sex just happens naturally, because u both want to please the other. Just take it slow at first until u feel comfortable with one another. There is no need to hop in bed on the first date, stay cool and build up to the next steps gradually until u r ready. If she acts encouraging that may speed things up, go for it. Don`t forget to communicate with ur partner as to her likes and dislikes and hopefully she will do the same for you. Good luck, have fun.

A wonderful sexual experience is more in the mind than the body. Let yourself go and don't worry on the what ifs. Use your imagination, relax and enjoy!
