If she is your cousin, ask your parents to call her parents since they are siblings or call your aunt and uncle yourself. I'm sure they would know her exact whereabouts. 13 years is a long time to go without seeing your cousin. I checked the Texas marriage index and there are no records in Texas before 2002 of her marrying here. I also checked the white pages and she isn't still using her maiden name in this area. Have you tried a white pages search on line? What about contacting their city hall? County courthouse in her area? The phone company?
