I used to be a physicist who studied matter. Now I am a judge. What I think as a judge does matter more than when I studied matter.

But what really matters to me as a judge, more than when I studied matter, is that I don't judge people or matters in a judgemental manner.

As a matter of fact that's what really matters - judge for yourself.
