Since it would be a medical emergency, it wouldn't matter whether u were her ex or not, she would have to be very professional about the situation.

initial shock if it were a terrific injury and she recognized you, but she wouldnt treat the injury any differently...it's a natural response from emt's to be emotionally tactful for the situation, for the health of the patient. peace

She'd be obligated (legally and morally) to treat you no differently than she would treat any one else.
