US Navy Recruit Training is conducted at the Great Lakes Naval Recruit Training Station outside of Chicago, Illinois.
All Air Force basic training is conducted at Lackland Air Force Base outside of San Antonio, Texas.
There is NO other basic training facility currently in operation for these two branches of the Armed Forces.

Others have given you the correct answer : Lackland AFB, and Great Lakes Naval Training Center.
I went thru Naval Training Center, Orlando, Florida in 1985... a perfect location: great weather and the ability to visit DisneyWorld after graduation !
I also visited Nava Training Center San Diego, California several times for other courses... a beautiful facility.
Sadly, both of those locations were closed by the Base Realignment Commission in the 1990's.

All air force boot camp is located in Lackland AFB, Texas. So basically San Antonio. Its pretty nice down there. The basic just got extended out to 8 weeks. As for navy.....couldn't tell you.

Navy used to have three. THey only have one now at Great Lakes just north of Chicago.
I don't know how many the Air Force have but one of them is here in San Antonio, TX at Lackland AFB

Navy bootcamps are located near the sea and the Air Force bootcamp are located in airbases.
