YOU cannot get a mobile no. for an address
and it is Langley Green Crawley SUSSEX

there's no way to tell - if the person who lives there has a pay-as-you-go phone it isn't necessarily registered anyway.
Why not try directory enquries and get their landline number instead?
Though you should be able to just ask the person - unless they have a reason for not wanting to give you their number...
even if somebody out there did know the number, why would they want to publish on here for everyone to see? people have a right to some privacy!

Unless someone registers a mobile you can't get hold of it. Why not write a letter, unless you have some creepy pupose in which case just turn yourself in now and don't be a creep.
