I'm 16, and I'm moving from California to Oregon. I don't have a permit yet. In Cali, you have to take Driver's Ed. before you take the test at the DMV. Do you have to take Driver's Ed. in Oregon?

No, since most schools had to do away with the program in their High Schools due to funding issues, it isn't a requirement. But you will have to bring a lot of stuff with you to the DMV (including a birth certificate or other proof of your age and proof that you live in Oregon). Getting a copy of your birth certificate before you move (if you don't have one) is a really smart idea.
