I have a 5 year old cousin who was granted a medical visa last Aug. Both her and her mother were able to come to the US. She will be needing a lot of treatment and will need to go back before her visa expire. Is there any way for her to return, but this time around, with her father, mother, and younger brother? Is there any way for her to extend her visa for longer than 1 year so that she can go to school. She is currently receiving free medical treatment from a major hospital in California. She has multiple tumors and her treated will last for more than 10 years. Is there any way to have her family united in the US until her treatment is over? Is there any way for her to go to school in the US. There is no way for her to have her treatments here and then go back to Vietnam to go to school. Her treatments are year round. Please help.

Okay for clarification. The reason why we want to get her visa extended is because she currently needs very very extensive medical help. Another reason is because she is currently 5 years old. She needs to go to school. As for her father and brother...Her brother is only 14 months. It is also unfair for the child to be without a mother and a mother to be away from her infant child. The mother and child has been living with me for a year. I am very stumped on how to go about this. I can't just let her give up this opportunity and throw away everything her doctors have worked so hard for. If you could see her pictures you would be amazed by the amount of work they have done so far. As well, it is hard to keep her family seperated. Her father and mother is only 29. They have the girl who is 5 years old and her brother who is 14 months right now. It took me 2 years to find an organization to help sponsor her and then a group of doctors who would help her. What can I do?
