i go to a boarding skool and ive dated guys there, the guys live 4 to a room, i dated one of the guys and i broke up with him about 3 weeks ago cause something didnt feel right, i was on the phone with his roommate (who happens to be one of my good friends for a long time) and i heard stuff about me in the background, a couple days before i was standing with the same guy and my ex walks past and made a very rude sexuall comment, we did nothing sexual at all. how do i get them to stop talking

You don't do anything to make him stop talking (lieing). While the experience may have offended you and caught you off guard so that you are quick to defend your honor; the truth of your honor lies in the defense of those who can attest to your honor. The numbers of those you know you that negate the negative conversation of this one individual will in time erase any untoward conversation related to you. You have to say nothng, but place your trust in the completion of the conversations of those you know you to support your reputation. It will only appear that you protest too much if you speak out in your own defense. Leave the protection of your morals and standards to those that know you--those are your true friends.

You can't. Guys are very childish about these things and they say things to save face with the other guys. No one takes it very seriously especially if they know you can see you're fine and nothing he says is backed up by anything or anyone else.
