Looksalamif u beileve in stars n janampatris then age does matter.i have read all the answers n i know mine is not hte same.Age does matter but if ur parents have no prob then ok.n next is she loves somebody else in this case talk to her first n then come to a decision.u could say"Shadi usse karni chahiye jo tumse pyar kare" so marry me as i love you n ill keep u happy..All the Best.

Get to know her better. Ask her out. See how she behaves in social situations and around people. Then you will know whether she is right for you. If she is, age doesn't matter at all.

4yrs is not bad as far as age difference.The trick is to make her love you.But since she loves a bad guy,it will be difficult.Women will hold out all kinds of hope when they are in love with a man,whether he be good or bad or not in love with them.
