Now this is a question, erudite, that you and I can agree on. It is pretty pathetic how much attention we gave her, compared to the willful ignorance of the American public on military matters.

Anna Nicole Smith gained infamy through her stint as a Playmate and then her antics with her sugar-daddy husband, who left her quite well off. Her "tragic" death, leaving a young child parentless, seems to mean more to people than the deaths of Soldiers (from any era) who left families in much more dire straits due to the antics of a Congress who haven't figured out what their real priorities should be regarding those who defend our nation.

The powers that be and the Illuminati, would like you to stay tuned to the Zionist Media like you are doing. So far it is working just as planned. America is slowly but surely going down hill. What other country can have over a million people stand up and march for open immigration. But only ten thousand stand up against the illegal doings of the Bush Administration and this illegal occupation of the Middle East.

Because the media are driven by ratings.

Dead playmates = higher ratings
Dead soldiers = not so much

They are just giving the masses what they want to watch. Blame the audience, not the media.

There are some shows that show real news, like McNeil Lerner and BBC. Their ratings are the pits though.

properly, we are at conflict. it relatively is predicted that folk will die. Tens of hundreds of adult men died in one day throughout the time of international conflict II or the Civil conflict or different extensive wars like that. Seven adult men is relatively basically....what you will possibly anticipate. this is totally unhappy, of direction, yet they volunteered to connect the militia understanding that that could ensue. Harping on each and every conflict or incident is senseless. besides the undeniable fact that, the Michael Jackson coverage replaced into way uncontrolled. sometime to bare the information of his dying and yet another to launch the small print might have sufficed, however the media dragged it on for over a week of front pages and this is nevertheless going over a month later!

Americans wanted to feast on gossips about the poor playmate rather than honoring the soldiers in Iraq that fight for their safety at home.

Just seen Britney Spears in the front-pages today, with huge pictures of her new look (skinhead). At the back-pages is a short few-liners about two soldiers just killed in Iraq.

we don't get much coverage and personal stuff about the troops, i think they're hiding it a bit. GW did make some kind of law about showing fallen soldiers on TV, said it emboldened terrorists they can't celebrate the fallen or show caskets and funerals.

Because the people of this country tend to have a short attention span sometimes.

It's the media doing what it does best. A red herring (the stripper) will always take your eyes off what really is going on.
