Sometimes you need to give that person time. She might have felt overwhelmed by your declaration of love. Every person is different and I don't know how her personality is in love because you didn't say, but she might need a lil space or a lil more time with you, or she might care for you ,but not be in love with you and if you told her that you love her, it could have made her feel pressured into telling you that she loves you too, but she might not just yet. So I say give it time and in the meantime, just show her that you care. Good Luck
