Hi,
The treatment of athelet foot is as under
Any anti-fungal cream should be applied twice daily for three to four weeks. The treatment should be continued at least a week after the disappearance of the rash. With proper treatment, it takes around 3 weeks for a cure.
The feet must be kept dry. Wearing open sandals or chappals helps keeping the skin dry. Cotton socks help by absorbing the sweat and must be changed frequently.
Avoid scratching as it only serves to delay healing.
Washing feet in warm water with vinegar is an old home-remedy.

Honestly, just make sure you clean your feet every day, and DRY them very good. Wear socks, and be sure you change them every day. If you're exercising, or sweating, change them immediatly afterwards. To help the symptoms, buy the powder by Equate. I find it helped. I get athletes foot almost every summer, because I'm a tard and I run around barefoot a lot.

It can be tough to treat. If you have tried over the counter medications without luck, see your doctor. He or she can prescribe an oral medication that you'll take for several weeks. You'll need to be consistent about taking it to ensure that it thoroughly clears up.
Also, wash your socks in hot water after each wearing, and consider investing in some new shoes, which you'll spray with an antifungal spray each day. Wash your sheets in hot water and your shower should be scrubbed thoroughly and often.

I had that as a child, my mom used to use spray on it. You can buy it at your local drug store. Or even go to a foot dr. to presribe something, but I would try the over the counter first.

best advice is to go to a family doctor for a prescription. Prescriptions are stronger than over-the-counter meds.
