can someone help me set up microsoft outlook?

how in the world am i supposed to know what my incoming and outgoing mail server is? i use my neighborhoods free wi-fi to get on the internet. god, windows sucks compared to apple.

Most likely you have a pop address. You need to call your ISP or go to their site and find out what to enter into incoming and outgoing fields. For Road Runner incoming is "pop-server.cinci.rr.com" and outgoing is "smtp-server.cinci.rr.com". Cinci is for Cincinnati. Just call your ISP support. Good luck!
