This sounds lie a heat rash. It may also be insect bites. It does not sound like scabies. I would treat the itch with an over-the-counter product like Benadryl cream or Sarna. If the spots persist or spread, you should see a doctor.

Did you come into contact with anything like dust mites or parasites, or some household detergents or did you eat anything differently?
Are you allergic to something or have you always had a case of eczema?
There are several ways to relief itching. However, in order to know what treatment you should be using, it is best that you see a skin doctor for a diagnosis first. You wouldn't want to apply the wrong type of treatment.

what about Psoriasis? both potential, zinc, the significant fatty acids, nutrition B6, nutrition A oftentimes outcome pores and skin situations. you could might want to get your nutrient degrees for those 4 supplementations and minerals especially checked up; the nurse will take a blood experiment to seem once you're low in any of them. Like i discussed in yet another reply, docs fairly do no longer know a lot about supplementations!! so anytime a health care service can no longer locate what's incorrect with you, google what nutritional deficiency it probable and a lot oftentimes you could locate a nutritional deficiency.

That used to happen to me a lot when I would sleep with silk pants. I didn't know what caused the bumps, but eventually I changed pants and I spread my legs apart more during sleep. I guess it happened because silk tends to make people sweat, and if you sleep with your legs closed while sweating, they kinda stick to eachother, so when you open them, something wierd happens. So basically change your pants and sleep a little different. That is, if it's the same problem I had.
