So it means nothing absolutely in any lasting sense, all our cries, groans, injustices, or justices ,cares, seeking for knowledge, wants, happinesses, families, desires, dreams, all end in the grave and that is it, we turn into meaningless , indifferent matter?

All, saints and sinners, will stand before Jesus Christ at the end of the age for judgement. No one is exempted. The Christians will be judged for rewards and the sinners (who have not accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and have not obtained eternal forgiveness for their sins) for eternal punishment. There is a God and there is eternal judgement.

With or without a God, a living human can only ever be judged of his/her wrongdoing under human-made legal justice. Do you think as intelligent beings we would not have realized that murder, for example, is wrong without having to be given a list of commandments 'handed down' from a sky pixie?
