Bleach? Was that person in your will? Never do that!!!!
Crest White Strips. About $30 or less. Try getting a double pack at a wholesale store. You may want to use them about once a year or so. Way cheaper than a dentist will charge you.
They work for me. Better than that stuff you paint on and cant touch, they are easier to use. Just spend the time reading a book or the paper or watch the news.

You can buy Crest Whitestrips at Wal-Mart or any pharmacy or grocery store. They really work and are not too expensive. There are also mouthwashes that claim to whiten teeth if used regularly. If you can't afford these, try brushing your teeth with plain old baking soda. Good luck.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.
I found the information at

ew don't use clorox bleach -- that is actually bad for your teeth. you can get tooth bleach for cheap at walmart maybe like 6 bucks cheap. baking soda and hydrogen peroxide are supposed to work well. baking soda works as a mild abrasive and hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizer.
