I think its never too soon to have a guy tell you that he is falling for you.. you might feel like it is too soon but maybe you will never know if you don't tell her.. let her know and then see how she reacts she might need time and want to take it slow or you are what she needs to get passed her fiance

I know you probably want to be around her alot right now because of all these awesome feelings but what I think is - is that you should chill out for a couple of days and just hang back and let her come to you because then you won't have these mixxed feelings about " am i just a rebound" and she can sit back and figure out what is right for her at the same time-I know it's gonna be the hardest thing ever- call her once in a couple of days-and if she calls you first then just go with the flow-don't think to much into it act like yourself-don't show her that your all emotional and what not. Good things come to those who wait.

I think that you should talk to her and tell her how you feel. Being open and honest is very important. Just because feelings are exposed doesn't mean that you two should jump into a relationship, especially if she just got out of a serious relationship ... give her time to heal. See what happens, if it's meant to be then it'll happen for the 2 of you. Good luck!

tell her as soon as possible.
If she feels the same, it's best to get on the same page right away.
If she doesn't, then it's better to get it over and not waste your time stringing it along.
Two years is not a big deal at all... Just be sure not to freak her out. She just got out of a serious relationship, so don't be too agressive. Just let her know how you feel, and see where the chips fall...

wait and see if she feels the same way, or you could ruin your friendship. If things seem right tell her how you feel, she'll understand. If you dont know how she feels, make sure you tell her that and you dont expect anything, and dont want it to affect your friendship. If she doent want to be with you, stay her friend, she may fall for you later, when shes ready. God Luck

May be it is the right time. She may be requiring some soulder to lean upon. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

There are no set rules on what is too soon.
She is out of that relationship. She is free to date again.
Don't lose her because you think it is too soon.
Her past is the past...she is in your present and perhaps future.....go for it

if you tell her now, i think she'll go with you. cause during this time, she feels so vulnerable and lonely. when you tell her your feelings, she might get confused at first but just see how it goes. or things could happen the opposite of it.
