If you are talking about the Bombay international and Bombay domestic Airport then yes there is buss shuttle service available. You can just ask any one to guide you to the waiting lounge it is in the center of the airport and easy to find it out.
and you get a free bus to the domestic airport every 30 Mins.

Please contact the local area in your area shuttle service, and ask them if they do, and if they know how to contact a shuttle service in the area where you are flying to, and call and ask them. They should have that information, if they believe in having really good customer service. Take care.
