Actually you may not be able to learn how --- whistling and rolling ur tongue and some other things like that are coded in ur DNA if it was not passed down into your genetic code then no matter how hard you try you may never be able to so don't feel bad it would be like blaming yourself for how tall you are you can't help it but good luck trying hope your able to learn !!!!!

I don't know of any biological reason you shouldn't be able to whistle, unless you have some paralysis of your facial muscles or something. The main technique is to make a very small space for the air to pass through. So if you aren't able to get any sound out your space probably isn't small enough, so you need to pucker more.

After you figure out how to get a sound out, you'll figure out how to change the pitch by moving your tongue, which changes the amount of space inside your mouth.

I used to also be able to whistle by placing my tongue close to the roof of my mouth.

Have fun! Whistling, humming, and singing allows us to have music wherever we go!
