Olive oil nourishes, conditions, and improves the strength and elasticity of your hair, while the couldn't-be-easier process is both stress-reducing and health-promoting.
INGREDIENTS (enough for 1 or 2 treatments, depending on the length and thickness of your hair)
½ cup olive oil
5 drops frankincense essential oil (others may be substituted, if you wish)
1 plastic bag that can fit over your hair.
1. Pour olive oil into a jar with a lid, then add essential oil. Put lid on jar and shake well to disperse the essential oil. Let sit for 24 hours in a cool, dark place. Shake again before use.
2. Rinse hair with warm water. Warm 1 tablespoon of oil treatment in the palms of your hands. Using your fingertips (not nails), gently massage the oil into the scalp in a circular motion. Repeat until the entire scalp has been massaged. Rub the ends of your hair with the remaining oil.
3. Place a plastic bag over your hair, secure by tying or with a hair clip or clothespin, and allow the oil to remain for at least ½ hour.
4. Rinse well, then shampoo as usual.

try not to straighten it or use any hot irons on it.
QUEEN HELENE hot oil treatment will help.
they say washing your hair drys it out and i've read somewhere that you should use just conditioner.. until it gets better.
I can't go a day without washing it though but i'm pretty sure it'll help.
I dye my hair often too so i know exactly what you're talking about. Don't dye or or anything for a while.

Hello MizPetite!
Nice to see you again....How is the weather in Melbourne, Australia? Is there a lot of Filipino communities where you are currently live in?
Now, I got to see how you really look like on yahoo 360. I must admit you do somewhat look like Miss Luana and your friend, she looks very nice.
About your hair, you can nurture your hair by using the brand name shampoo like Pentene Pro-V, this brand has very a lot of mineral, biotin and amino acid as well as vit-A & D. As for now, don't use anymore hair dye and don't dry your hair after showering.
I hope this help!

...you know what it may be...when you color your hair you have to stay on top of it as far as conditioning goes...use a deep conditioner (Queen Helen for Severely Damaged Hair) as well as a leave in conditioner...and shampoo with a good moisturizing shampoo like Motions...ethnic hair NEEDS moisture in the hair cuticle, especially with color added to the mix...just be care full with heat (curling irons, blow dryers, etc)...
...Motions makes a shampoo called Lavish Conditioning Shampoo...
...they also make a leave in conditioner that you spray on...
...look into a re constructor too...Pantene makes one...it's advertised as undoing the damage that has been done...AND keep doing it, don't get mad and stop because you don't see the results you want after 2 or 3 uses...GOOD LUCK

Avon has a Mediterranean Olive Oil Hair Mask. I use it once to twice a week and it works wonders.

Use hair serum or vitamin frequently after you dry your washed-hair.
Don't use an anti-dandruff shampoo for any colored hair and let your hair dry itself.
