You mean why did God wipe out all the Canaanite nations instead of just letting them move to some other country or whatever? 1) because their sin had reached to heaven and their time was up for repentance. 2) because they were SO wicked that the corruption, violence and disease would have eventually infected the whole world. People can't seem to understand that mercy sometimes means drastic surgery methods.

Pharaoh refused to heed God's servant, Moses. God taught Pharaoh the error of his ways and that no one has the power nor authority to refuse a direct order from Him. When Johna refused, he was taught a less sever lesson as well.

Moses didn't kill them, God sent the plagues. I wasn't around at the time, so I don't know why God didn't tell his people Moses was coming.

Moses was not allowed into the "Promised Land"....
He died on Mount Nebo just before the Jews entered into Canaan...
It was Joshua who led the Jews/ Israelites/ Hebrews into Canaan.

That was Joshua.
And you will notice that God regularly spoke with the pagan Balaam, who warned the local Kings of what was going to occur. If I remember correctly, that was about 40 years before Joshua invaded Palestine.
