I went to a salon to get a haircut and they did not do what I asked. They basically shaved my entire head to about 1/4 inch long and left about 4 inch bangs up front - not at all what I wanted. My hair grows really slow - about 1 inch every three months. Especially in winter. Is there anything that will make it grow out faster.

Take a biotin supplement. You can find these in health food stores and even occasionally in drug stores.

Believe it or not. Jello is a great way to get your hair or nails to grow! another way is in fish. If you CAN'T stand fish then go to any drug store and get fish oil pills. they work great. You also might want to consider extensions.

every time when you wash your hair with any shampoo which suited to your hair scrub with fingers nail on your scalp be care_full finger nails is not sharper and then wash hair will grow faster
