Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda, a minister, says he is God. De Jesus preaches that there is no devil and no sin. His church claims thousands of members in more than 30 countries, who mark themselves with 666, the mark of the beast.

My question is that he insists that he knows all this because angels told him so in a dream. Why believe Mary and Joseph who were also visited by and angel and not Jose? He also has other "proof" of his divinity which are being disregarded as false but people believed Jesus walked on water. How do you make the destinction to believe one thing and not another since neither can really be proven.

Miss Momma, in the past God has changed his mind and why not believe that this is a case where he said that from now on we must believe in angels messages again. Jose said he is filled with the spirit so he could have some insight and the spirit may have told him to believe the angels.

To everyone indicating that we shouldn't believe Jose because God doesn't do things in a certain way, like the sign is not God's sign or the Bible doesn't say it will happen in such and such a way. God has changed his mind before and changed the way things are done. How do you know He hasn't changed his mind and that Jose is the real deal?

Yeah... I also wonder about those insane people who kill their own children claiming God told them to...

I mean He did set the precedent with the whole Abraham thing.

Jesus never claimed His divinity because of any angel telling Him. Jesus said that He and His Father are One - John 10:30.
Jesus fulfilled many prophecies written about Him hundreds of years before He appeared on earth. What claims has this so-called god made with regard to the fulfilment of any prophecy (if at all) about him in the word of God? These are the last days and we are warned of these false claims of divinity by deluded and deceived men. With regard to any spiritual issue seek the Holy Spirit who is in you if you are a Christain for His guidance and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free..

Because God said he wouldn't comunicate with mankind through angels or dreams anymore after his death. He would give us the Holy Spirit to dwell within us to be our Comforter. It goes against scripture, the things that man is saying.

It can't be proved. Personally, if someone said to me they were God, I would think they are crazy. People want something to believe in. If that's what they want to believe, so be it.
