your question doesn't make alot of sense mainly because of your poor grammer and spelling.
if i understand correctly, you want to know why you receive skin tears at the base of your penis after sex with your wife. one might assume that you do not use a condom during each sexual encounter. that said, it is possible that one or both of you may have herpes. visit your local health department or doctor as soon as possible. in the meantime, use a condom.

are you talking about an abrasion from friction??? if that is the case just use a lubricant and have your wife trim or wax her pubic area. if the skin is literally tearing off you have a very serious problem and need to see a doctor.

Your skin should not be doing that, because the woman's body is such that it will accommodate most penis', from small to large. You really need to go to a geneocologist and find out what the problem is. I'm sure they will find a solution to this problem.

I would suggest that you make an appointment with an urologist. They deal with this sort of thing.
