Immigration means entering a country, Emigration means leaving a country, so you can't emigrate to anywhere you want to go.

well you have to start with a radical procedure called a spinectomy, its when you have your spine removed. then you have to learn to smoke a lot of cigarettes and and have the bones in your wrist removed so it becomes very limp. lastly you have to learn to say "America Sucks" while throwing your gun on the ground and waiving a white flag.
