It could be 'Ojalá que te proteja, hasta luego'. Pretege is not a word in Spanish.
I hope it/he/she protects you, see you later.

OJALA from Arabic okh Allah, means with god grace.
Expresses a hope for a wish to be fulfilled.
In this case: OJALA QUE TE PROTEJA, could be translated as: I (or we) hope that .... will protect you.
And finally HASTA LUEGO = See you later

I don't know what "pretege" means, maybe proteje( to protect). So it means: I hope/wish that it "protects" you, good bye.
