I would not do anything to promote my beliefs. I think we have done that alot on Y answers by the sheer asking of the questions and consequentially by the answering thereof but it is obvious that this would happen. It unintentional for the most part.

I think force in wrong in anything, force and fear is how we have solved issues since we have been alive, hasn't worked thus far, you would think as humans we would have learned something by now. Force never has or never will be the answer.

it's always wrong to force your beliefs unto others, like everyone else said, but I don't see any problem in sharing your beliefs to people that ask you. I don't see what's wrong with telling someone, like a close friend, what your beliefs are, but even than it could get annoying. I guess if you really want to share your beliefs with someone, act on your beliefs, and people will ask why you act the way you do, and you can then bring out your beliefs as your reason.

I am a good fan of not promoting my beliefs and others' beliefs not being promoted to me, let alone not using force. Do not try to use force to gain control over somebody's liberty to think freely. That's bad. Always.

yes and yes, you see most fellow christians should in mjy opinion try to convert, but were alot of them go wrong is were they think lower of someone who does not want to convert. People will forget that with the doors open to us in life, it is up to us (the individual) to step through it and not to be thrown through it. The reason I do think it is a good thing for christians as well as other religions to convert is that it truley does bring some sort of inner peace within alot of people to know one another. I cannot see anything worng with ever helping anybody else. even if they dont convert I is almost dishonorable (but hard) to think less of them. Alot of christians can sometimes be forceful minded, which in turn only brings greif and thats not what this religious excersise is about. I hope people and congregations can lean towards that attitude as a community.

My beliefs don't rely on recruitment of others or promotional campaigns. People who come to my religion (Daemonolatry) come to it of their own accord. We don't use force or try to preach it. Either you want it or you don't. Either way is cool. It's what works for you that matters. Who am I to say my religion and beliefs are right for anyone else? It works for me, I'm happy with it, and that's all that matters to me.

I feel no need to promote my beliefs with others... I think force for such things, even peer pressure, is beyond wrong....

I would simply put my beliefs out there, maybe on the internet for example. If people decide to read it, that's fine. If people decide not to read, that's fine too....they can move on to the next website. Yes, I believe it is completely wrong to force your religion onto someone that is unwilling to listen to it. I would never force my opinion onto anyone, but when anyone asks my beliefs, I'm straight forward with them. "I am an atheist....and here's why....."

Nothing. If someone asked what I believed then I would tell them. I wouldn't use force because it would be counterproductive. I wouldn't listen to anyone who was trying to force their beliefs on me.

I am a Christian. You just have to share your heart with them. Tell them what Jesus has done for you. Testify. Force is always wrong. Why do you think Muslims are universally hated? Because the terrorist who say they represent them try to use force.
