Gallelio was persecuted by Vatican for saying earth revolves the sun. Fundies believe bible is the word of God. They believe evolution is a lie because in bible it is said God created Adam and Eve 6000 years ago. They beleieve men lived along with dinosaurs because it is said so somewhere in the book of Job. Then why do they believe earth revolves the sun? In bible it is said sun and ervery heavenly bodiies revolve earth.
Fundies why aren't you trying to establish sun revolves the earth?

, I'm a Christian and ascertain that the earth circles or orbits the sun. I do not believe in Evolution because I believe that God, "created Adam and Eve" it is because of Center for Science and Culture see: www.dissentfromdarwin.org - a real eye-opener ! Further; I believe the earth is millions of years old - not 6,000 years ( God just re-created the surface and made it a habitat for mankind - Notice that the earth was ALREADY in existence when the "spirit of God" ascended on the "face of the deeps") !!! No where in the Holy Bible do I find where the "sun revolves around the earth" !!! Don't you know, that true, genuine religion complements true and genuine science ? Martin Luther also believed that men were smarter than women because of our larger chest cavities. He even claimed to have personally seen a demon impersonating an infant. Apparently the family believed that a demon had stolen their child and left an evil look-alike in his place. Martin Luther, always the skeptic, examined the child and concluded that the family was right!
