I brought my laptop two years ago and the audio works not too well since sometimes i have to restart my computer to have the audio thing work.. i went to the manufacturer they said there is no problem which i think they are bs-ing.

but just yesterday the audio device is disabled (i didn't delete the device or whatsoever!). I can still hear the sound and music in winamp. But if i go to some site, lets say youtube, it was playing but with no sound. and then i clicked the audio device at the bottom right it says "there are no active device available..." and it asked me to reinstall the device. but when i went to the device manager, it says the device works properly.

BUT when i clicked the sounds and audio device in control panel, everything is in the dark (meaning they dont allow you to click anything) I just want to know what's the problem with my computer, what can i do? sorry for the long story :(

That's just messed up... and frustrating.

I'd eliminate a few problems first - clear the cache of all the browsers you use, do a virus (AVG or ClamWin) and spyware (Spybot S&D) scans, and use something like Ccleaner to clear out registry plaque and other issues.
AVG - http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free (scroll down to the orange area)
ClamWin - http://www.clamwin.com/
Spybot Search & Destroy - http://www.spybot.info/en/mirrors/index.html
Ccleaner - http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

If those don't clear up the issue - you may have someone interfering with your settings. Get and install a good firewall, the one with Windows is NOT enough.
Zonealarm - http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp

Password protect your account on your computer -
Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > (your profile) > Set / Change Password.
Pick something easy to remember but hard to guess - I recommend keyboard patterns with capitals and numbers.
(Like - P0AqSwSwW2O9R4De - try typing it out, you'll see what I mean)

Try all of the above, and if that doesn't work (it should), then re-ask the question on here explaining what's going on and what you've tried to do to fix it.

hi, purely replace RAM or the different playing cards at the same time as the computing gadget is became off and unplugged. RAM is detected correct away there is no longer something you could do contained in the BIOS yet view what's detected after the computing gadget boots up.
