I try to be genuine. I am really interested in listening to what she has to say. I use subtle signs. They may not be noticed right away, but usually she will come around. Thats how I met my wife.

Try to flirt or just talk to her about anything. If she holds up her end of the conversation, she is interested in getting to know you, or she is just plain sweet and kind (which is someone you'd like to know anyways, right?). If you feel like you're a stand up comic dying on the stage, she is most definately not interested.

The first thing would probably not make it too huge that youre into her. Don't just walk up to her and be like OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU. You'll probably scare the crap out of her. Just kind of beat around the bush, and kind of get to know her a little bit. First just like if you see her around, be like hey whats up. Then like if you see she has like colored contacts in or has really nice eyes, or sparkles on her face for some reason or just got a haircut, comment it. Be like hey I like your haircut it looks nice. Girls love attention.

Well Im shy and quiet so I just have a small look and see if they look back if they do I put my hand up with a smile and wave thats what I do, if they dont I just keep doing it until they one day see me if not then thats my bad luck :(.

Its all in the body language my friend, be confident and dont tell her that you like her you have to make her like you first, but chances are if she didnt like you within the first few minuites, she will never like you, no matter what you do

as a girl, i can tell you i like it when guys come up and start talking to me, they tell me about them selfs, then they ask me out. Trust me us girls love guys like you, so give it a go.
