If you both like each other then just go for it. Ask him out. My now boyfriend were like that a ouple years ago. He flirted with me and i obviously flirted with him. So it was noticeable that i liked him and he liked me. One day i just took the intiative myself and called him and asked him if he wanted to gout for a drive. Thats when he made his move. Just give him a little opportunity and if he really likes you he will take the opportunity. Trust me. My boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years and still going strong.

Just bite the bullet and ask him, why sit back and wait if it's sitting there for the taking. Someone else might come along and do the taking if you don't.

flirt wid him ,giv him hints that u like him , pass him ur notes etc wid things written "u r cute " "u r loooking hot today" trust me these things willl make him falll for u n make him ask u out

Tell him that he should ask you out. Tell him you'd say yes if he did and that you want him to. He just needs encouragement.
