Honey, I'm in my 40's and still get them. Your body chemistry will always be changing. Nothing about you is forever.
I prefer Noxema products. Vitamins, fruits & veggies help too.
Don't worry. Someday you will wish that a pimple or two was all you had to worry about.

You know what? I am 20 and I've just started getting pimples too, I go to the gym the same - 5 days a week and I'm beginning to eat better food and cut down on chocolate etc....
I can't think of any reason as to why so I can't really help too much - Just letting you know you aren't alone.. =)
Only thing I can think of is maybe the body is adjusting to all these changes?

I too had this problem. It could be attributed to your weight loss if your weight loss was sudden. But more than likely it's just hormonal changes in your body. Those hormones are going to constantly be changing as you get older. If you're not doing anything diff. and they just came out of nowhere I would just attribute to nature running its course.
But also if they come in a certain area on your face often it could be anything like a new detergent (i.e. your pillows) hair products, etc.
Just a thought.

hormone levels change in your body throughout your lifetime. it's probably totally normal to get pimples in your mid twenties even if you never had them when you were a teen.
a lot of women's hair texture changes throughout their lives, my mum's was curly as a kid, straight in her teens, curly in her 30s, and is going straighter now. and it's because of her changing hormones.
if it's really bothering you, my most favourite face wash i find cetaphil very helpful. it clears up my face so nicely and makes it so smooth and even-toned. i've tried a lot of things, including proactiv, since i was about 13 years old. and by far, cetaphil is my favourite.

Pimples are often largely related to stress. If you are going through something in your life that is causing any kind of anxiety that's more than usual will cause it.
