You might do well to contract a moving company. Another option is an LTL shipper (trucking company) the drawback is that you might be required to remove the piece from your home, wrap it and have it ready for a curbside pick up. The advantage of a mover is they can provide labor, have material to pack and wrap your piece and will load onto their truck with less hassle. LTL shippers CAN be less expensive. Try a different couple moving companies. One might be in your area, going to the area you are shipping and they will be pleased to make a bit more money with a one item shipping.
