There are no Regular Laptops nor is there a Normal cost. You can spend anywhere from 350. to 10k on a Laptop, what did you have in mind !

These days manufacturers such as Dell and Acer (and many others) can supply a decent laptop for around SGD1500.
If you want a realy lightweight one with a slim profile you'll need to budget around SGD3000 (or even more).
You should also consider the Apple laptops as well.

depends on what your want...some are as cheap as $600 and they can go up to $3,000.00 for the latest model....
