I am tired...and I mean TIRED when I try to get up in the morning.

I usually can't get to sleep until about 1-2 in the morning and I have to be up at 6:30....

I CAN NOT fall alseep...I have tried sleeping pills...beer....vodka...Jim Beam..more sleeping pills...but not all at the same time...Obviously I am still here...

Once I am up in the morning I am ok...I do get tired during the day but drink a cup of coffee and I am ok...I never frink coffee after noonish...rarely even that late.

It's like at 10:00 I get a second wind...UGH....I wish I was tired!

go to your doctor as soon and ask if you have mild insomnia.

melatonin is an inexpensive mild natural derived organically

I had once been told also by an MD that a 5 mg Benadril at night would be as effective as a sleeping tablet

Try to "unwind" before you get ready for bed and limit the amount of time you allow yourself to think about things that might be keeping you awake

Warm milk (or hot cocoa made with milk :o)
