i finnaly figured out what the errors(blue screens ) that i keep getting have in common they happen when i install a new software program evrytime i get one of these messages

Kernel_data_inpage_error
Kernel_stack_inpage_error

it tells me that that to fix the problem to eighter stop the cashing and shadowing of my memory in bios exactly how do i do that
for vista
i notice that theres alot of solutions for Xp but vista anyone

PLEASE i dont want to hear any BS about the OS and how "bad it sucks blah blah blah"

and also the reason i repost some questions is because if you read the times they are asked at diff tijmes because diff ppl get on and im realy trying to look for a solution PLEASE no smarta$$ answers
