Firstly, you should never try to lose weight quickly, especially not around your belly area. You will end up with stretch-marks, and a lot of loose, flabby skin, which will totally defeat the purpose of losing the weight in the first place! This is something which cannot be rectified by anything except surgery, so it's definitely a situation to avoid.
The best thing to do is to consult a professional dietitian, and also get some professional advice regarding excersize.
Of course, not everyone can afford that, so another solution might be to contact your family doctor, or check web-sites for health programs in your local government area which are cheap or free. The internet is not really a source of health information in general, as you will need to work out a program and a diet which suits you personally, or you will never be able to commit to making the changes you will need to make.
It really pays to make a long-term life change if you want to lose weight and keep it off - particularly if you want to lose weight around your tummy, which can be a dangerous risk factor for diabetes and heart disease. It can take up to three years to lose excess weight, and ideally you should aim to lose about 1kg per month.
This, of course, is in a situation where you would be doing an extensive excersize program, as well as eating a modified diet, so although you would "lose" 1kg, you are probably building muscle for the first few months, and so losing a lot more fat than that.
Generally, most basic gym excersizes will help you lose weight around your middle, while rowing machines, crunches and the like will tone the area. Pilates and yoga both help to tone the hips, while cycling can also help your hips, stomach and bottom. Most martial arts will also help to tone you up, as you get a full-body workout.
Swimming is also an excellent toning excersize, but you need to do it often, and for about an hour each time if you don't do anything else.
This is just basic info, you really should consult a professional.
Good Luck!

You don't get to choose where the fat comes off, and the great abs that you will build with crunches etc. won't show through until you get the fat off. Stick with moderate intensity long duration cardio like jogging or eliptical machines, in the summer I do a lot of biking on the highway to change it up a bit (who wants to be cooped up in some gym when it's beautiful outside? Not me!) Watch your diet too, exercise loss is about 80% diet, 20% exercise. Eat well, and don't starve yourself! You will need good quality nutritious food to give you energy to do the exercise. Don't negelect your muscles and only do cardio, the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn. Besides a girl that is in shape and has good muscle tone is far more attractive than a skinny chick that just doesn't eat (you can always tell, I look at the shoulders and triceps, they are a dead giveaway). Change your workout periodically, keep your body guessing. If you stick with one workout for a long time your body will become used to it and you will plateau and not see the changes you want. Exercise to be fit, and fat loss will follow. Always push yourself hard, every day, if you aren't pushing yourself a little harder each day you really aren't doing anything for yourself. Good luck, and have fun with it!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The diet is too much to handle because you're making yourself uncomfortable. If you make yourself uncomfortable with dramatic lifestyle changes, you wont stick with it. I think what will work best for you is one or two small changes at a time. That is how a lot of people do it. My mom used to be big as the side of the house and she started with small changes. First she gave up candy bars and after a week or so she gave up cheese burgers then after another week or so she started walking a little bit.... and just gradually keep adding those small changes. Shes fit now.
You can see further details in https://tr.im/we4bh
I think you could benefit a lot with some nutrition or fitness coaching. Most people need that because they want to change and have all the drive to do it and stick with it, but just don't know what to do or how to start.
Small changes make all the difference. I don't know what you do all day but one small change could be to just start taking stairs instead of an elevator... or if you have whole milk with your cearal, switch to skim or 2% just things like that. Or, if you eat breakfast as school, instead of having the biscuits and gravy, have fruit and oatmeal or whatever else is available that's a better choice. Or stop having ketchup with your French fries (its all sugar). It really does work.
I've spent lots of money on diet clinics and stuff that use drugs or put you on a really strict diet and the results never lasted because it was just too dramatic and I went back to the same bad habits. The only things that ever let to lasting resuts was the small changes that I stuck with... like parking far away from buildings and walking through the parking lot rather than parking as close to the door as I could... I've even joined extreme fitness classes like crossifr and never stayed with them because it was just too much all at once.
One thing you can do that you wont really notice is don't eat everything on your plate... leave like 20% of it. At the end of the month, all that food really adds up.

However, if you already have a fat belly, the best option is to follow a healthy weight loss diet, combined with fitness exercises such as aerobics (to burn extra calories) and a stomach-toning workout to help tighten and strengthen abdominal muscles. That said, reducing a fat stomach takes time - especially if you are an apple-shape. Despite what commercials say, there is no diet-plan or type of exercise that can "target" your fat stomach. So please don't get impatient. Your fat belly will disappear, I promise.
Also u can do skipping excersice, that will also be good.

there's no way to lose weight in one area or 'spot tighten' but burning fat overall and losing weight is the best way to tighten up that area...there are exercises that target those areas nicely. Look for oblique or "love handle" exercises and core or ab exercises. I recomend pilates for fast results-i personally use windsor pilates to keep in shape.
good luck dearest!!

Running(not grandma walking or power walking) actually running, for at least 30 mins a day. Do as many crunches as you can do, and then set a mark to do each day. Don't eat foods with a lot of carbs.
You have to stick to your exercises, dieting and running.

Crunches is good for the abs, but unless you cut your carbs you may never achieve your goal. Try this, Eat your normal meals for breakfast and lunch, then cut carbs in your dinner. In most body building competition, diet is very essential, meaning no sugar, no salt, no fats.
But if you want short-cut try liposuction.
