This has bothered me in school but I have been fine till I saw "crossing Jorden" this week and was really mifed when the girl said " do you have any idea what its like to be 4'6?" I was really mad and yelled back at the TV, YES! I know being short is not all bad but I really hate being made fun of.

Well, I found these three that actually have something intelligent to say about dwarfism, and midgets. It will get you started anyway.

Just remember to embrace the you that you are, and not try to change yourself just to fit in with the crowd.

You're just short, honey.

Just remember....... good things come in small packages !!

Dwarfism is a medical or genetic condition that usually results in an adult height of four feet ten or shorter, among both men and women, although in some cases a person with a dwarfing condition may be slightly taller than that. By far the most frequently diagnosed cause of short stature is achondroplasia, a genetic condition that results in disproportionately short arms and legs. The average height of adults with achondroplasia is four feet.

You would have known about it long before now, if there were any abnormalities.

You would need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon and possibly also a genetist.

You dont mentioned about your age, and weight and race? They are all inter related. But if you think you are, dont worry, think that there were many less fortunate people in this world

How old are you? You may be short. Does dwarfism run in your family?
