Frozen crab is delicious! You can defrost the crab and add mayonnaise to it, to make this crab mixture. Then, take the crab and put it in a roll of sushi (that is, if you know how to make sushi). Or, try making a crab dip with some crab, mayonnaise, and any other seasonings that tastes good when it is cold served with some light crackers.

There is a really good crab salad that I love to make with the packaged crab...and it is so easy.
Thaw the crab
Boil a bag of small shell noodles (or whatever noodles you choose)
let the noodles cool
shred the crab
In a large bowl/container mix the crab, noodles, and mayonnaise
add salt and pepper
optional- I always squeeze about 1/2 lemon in for taste
I also chop up green onions and put those in
When you are done refrigerate, this is served cold.
This will make a lot so you will have plenty for leftovers. Great for lunch the next day or for dinner!
Hope you enjoy!!

I use it to make homemade seafood pizza. Another thing to do is just make a white sauce, put the crab in to warm, and put over cooked pasta.
