Girl you sound just like me. I do the same, exact things. I've always been like this; I never want to go to bed before (at least) 12.
Is this a new thing or have you always been this way? I know Yahoo Answers is addictive, but maybe we have "going to bed" issues. Its the thing I hated to do most as a kid. Maybe this is a way to stick it to the parent that made us to go bed at 8:00. I dunno..
Talk to you around 2am.. hahaha

I'm on answers sometimes till 2am If you simply can't sleep until very late at 9pm force yourself off the computer & then watch TV not the news or read a good book Till 10pm Take a shower before bed - that always helps

I do the same thing! But I am depressed! I enjoy me quiet time at nioght when no one else is up! I stay up late or some times all night and then sleep all day, which is bad for me because I am diabetic and that is like a full time job! I try to make myself go to bed at a decent hour, but it's so hard! I usually got excuses to stay up! Then it gets so late it's too late to go to bed! I have to get my daughter up for school and see my husband off to work at 5am and so on and so forth! Self disapline is about the only help you can give yourself, good luck to you and your bedtime!

you are just getting easily distracted with the things surrounding you example- the internet, tv, messy stuff lying around the room, hunger, magazines..etc...trust me i know what it feels like cause i do the same damn things...we're both night owls-..we hate waking up very early in the morning and we love going to sleep late..we tend to procrastinate a lot too im guessing....i usually love sleeping for about 12 hours a day...
just turn off your computer and try do something in bed...try eating certain foods that help you fall asleep quickly lol..

Be disciplined about bedtime. Establish a routine and force yourself to stick with it. After a few weeks your habits will change and it will be easier to be disciplined about bedtime.
Speaking of which, I think it's time to start my bedtime routine!

well, you got what is called computer addiction ,that means you can not just limit your self to a time, and that eventually will interfere with your daily activities.
try to curb that craving for on line business,or consult a psychologist.
